3. Enrollment & Scheduling
- Services begin upon completion of enrollment and receipt of payment.
- Sessions must be scheduled in accordance with tutor availability.
- We maintain a 6:1 maximum student-to-instructor ratio to ensure quality instruction.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of enrollment or as outlined in your service agreement.
- All fees are listed in U.S. dollars.
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified at checkout.
- Pricing is subject to change; enrolled students will be honored at their agreed rate for the duration of their current term.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Individual sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at the full session rate.
- Package refunds are available on a pro-rated basis for unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nexiotutoring.com.
6. Student & Parent Responsibilities
- Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time and come prepared.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring accurate contact and billing information.
- Any materials or resources provided by Nexio Education are for the enrolled student’s personal use only.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials — is the property of Nexio Education and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While we are committed to providing high-quality educational support, Nexio Education does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or admission results. Academic outcomes depend on numerous factors, including individual student effort and engagement.
